This marks the sixth time Haulotte has taken home the Supplier of the Year award for commitment to customer service and building partnerships in the industry.

Keith Clarke, General Manager of Haulotte Australia, said, “I am beyond proud of the whole Haulotte team. It’s a great result and a real credit to everyone involved. We’re incredibly grateful to the customers who continue to trust us.

Clarke added, “To also be recognised with the Best New Product award for MyCompanion is a proud moment for the whole team. It reflects the commitment of our people, both here in Australia and globally, who go the extra mile to deliver outstanding service and support across every part of the business.”

Next generation

MyCompanion is a next-generation operator support tool designed to provide comprehensive, easy-to-access information about the machine and its operating environment.

The platform consolidates operator manuals, maintenance books, spare parts catalogs, and control overview videos into one online solution, making life easier for operators and improving machine safety and performance.

The judging panel praised MyCompanion for its simplicity and the necessity of its function, providing crucial machine information exactly where it’s needed.

The event also featured a presentation from Alexandre Saubot, CEO of Haulotte, who reflected on the company’s 40th anniversary in his speech: A Legacy of Innovation and Vision for the Future.

Saubot spoke about the Group’s long-standing commitment to sustainability and innovation, and its resilience through industry downturns. He emphasized Haulotte’s readiness to evolve in response to changing market dynamics and growing competition.
