Hiboo introduces preventive maintenance solution

France-based data specialist Hiboo is launching a preventive maintenance service.

Hiboo Maintenance centralises data across multiple OEMs and offers real usage readings, including hours and days worked, standardisation of multi-OEM plans, intelligent alerts and accurate forecasting, along with complete traceability of maintenance and compliance, says the company.

Clément Bénard, CEO of Hiboo, said, “With Hiboo Maintenance we are responding to a strong demand from fleet operators and equipment managers who want guaranteed machine availability but struggle to anticipate maintenance requirements.

“Usage data is often scattered, leading to ‘data chaos’ and frequent unplanned downtime, which generates additional costs. We are pleased to offer an integrated, centralised solution that extends the life of fleets and promotes team collaboration.”

The idea behind Hiboo Maintenance is to transform workshops into ‘performance centres’, with the gap between operation and data analysis significantly reduced.

Among the main features include automatic triggering of maintenance based on actual usage, intelligent forecasting of upcoming maintenance, standardisation of maintenance plans across multiple OEMs and the centralised management of work orders.

There are also actionable alerts filtering OEM noise, traceability across logbooks, history and status, along with connection with sites to report breakdowns and anomalies in the field, and Open AI for stock integration Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

“For fleet managers, this set of features makes it possible to meet manufacturer-specified maintenance deadlines, reduce unexpected breakdowns, identify overly expensive machines, and reliably analyse maintenance costs,” added Hiboo.
