US-based equipment rental company SitePro Rentals, a subsidiary of Sammons Industrial, has opened a new branch in Dayton, Texas.

The company said the 9,200sqft branch, which is its 17th location to open and its 12th in Texas, will enable it to “better support the greater Houston market.”

Located near the Grand Parkway, the branch will offer a full range of equipment, SitePro said, including aerial, earthmoving, compaction, power generation and material handling equipment.

Industry veteran Francisco Espinoza, who previously managed equipment rental branches in both the Austin and Houston markets prior to joining SitePro, will manage the branch.

John Hiatt, chief operating officer,  SitePro Rentals, said, “The Dayon branch will help us connect our equipment rental locations in College Station, Houston, and even Louisiana to further establish our presence in these growing markets, allowing us to share fleet more efficiently and better serve those needing equipment rental solutions and reliable no-hassle service.”

Tim Rule, president, SitePro Rentals, said, “We’re very excited to open a new branch in the fast-growing Dayton market. SitePro’s value proposition is built around people, service, and technology, with people at the top of the list. We look forward to building lasting relationships with Dayton area customers.”

SitePro was founded in 2021, when it was split out from its Briggs industrial equipment operation and Briggs Equipment in the UK and Ireland. Earlier this year it opened a new 12,500 sqft branch in Haltom City, Texas.
