He will oversee service operations, technical support, and the expansion of the Zoomlion Access service network across European markets. His responsibilities will also include recruiting and training local service engineers, optimizing spare parts logistics, and ensuring seamless technical assistance for clients. He is now on the look out for skilled service engineers to join the company.

Before working with Zoomlion, Birchall was with LoxamHune, and before that at UK-headquartered AFI group of companies for more than 17 years, following a stint at Nationwide Platforms, which also operates in the UK.

Active recruitment

Birchall said, “I am honored to be appointed as Service Manager for Zoomlion Access in Europe at this pivotal stage of the company’s growth. Having worked in the MEWP rental business for more than 25 years, I understand all too well the challenges that rental companies face when it comes to after sales support.

“Our mission is clear - to provide fast, reliable, and localized service to every customer. To achieve this, we are actively recruiting skilled service engineers in Spain, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium and France. If you’re passionate about MEWP technology and customer support, I’d love to hear from you.”
