Record entries for IAPAs 2022
10 January 2022
There has been a fantastic response to the International Awards for Powered Access (IAPAs), with a record 160 entries received from across the access industry so far, ahead of the event on 10 March this year, in London, UK.
The entry deadline for 12 of the awards has closed and the five judges are preparing to choose the shortlist at a meeting later this week. The shortlist will be published within days of the meeting - look out for the announcement on the Access International website early next week.

Entries are still being accepted for the Access Photograph of the Year award, with the deadline being 28 January 2022. The access photography competition is sponsored by UK film and TV rental specialist Media Access Solutions (MAS), which will donate the €1000 prize: €750 for first place, €250 for second place. Please send in your entries.
In a joint statement, the IAPA organisers Access International and IPAF said, “It is great to see the industry once again embracing the IAPA awards. Thank you to all those who have taken the time to enter.
“The 2022 edition of the awards is set to be the first time it has been held live since 2019, following a long period of upheavals as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. It promises to be a fantastic celebration of safety and excellence across the international industry. We look forward to seeing you on 10 March.”
All 13 award categories are being judged by an independent panel of leading industry experts. For a summary of all the IAPA award categories and for booking information, visit the IPAF Summit and IAPA event website.
The IAPAs and IPAF Summit take place on the same day and are organised by Access International and IPAF. More information on the speakers for the Summit will follow in late January.
